Refund policy

At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Damaged or Defective Items (Only Eligible Case)

We only accept replacement/refund requests if the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a damage/defect claim, you must meet all of the following conditions:

You contact us within 48 hours of delivery

The product must be unused and in original packaging

You must provide a clear opening/unboxing video

The video must be recorded from start to finish

The parcel must be shown sealed before opening

The entire unboxing process must be visible without cuts or edits

Claims without an opening video will not be accepted.

How to Report a Damaged / Wrong Item

Your order number

A description of the issue

Photos of the item and packaging (optional but recommended)

The mandatory unboxing/opening video

Once approved, we will guide you on the next steps.

Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Sale or discounted items

Gift cards

Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear

Refunds (If Approved)

If your claim is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically completed within 10 business days, but your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect it.
